Workspace Rates

Sandbox $5/hr $30/day Communal seating, ergonomic chairs, individual power supply Isolation booths $5/15 minutes Acoustic privacy, private workspace, ideal for video/phone conferencing
Desks $10/hr Stand alone desks, individual power supply, ergonomic chairs Conference room $40/hr Accommodates up to eight users, flat screen projection capability, equipped for phone conferencing, commercial grade furniture, ergonomic leather task chairs.
Office $15/hr Private workspace, secure data connection, accommodates up to four users, ergonomic chairs, task lighting

Membership Options
All rates reflect a 6-month recurring billing commitment.  Add $20 for all month to month arrangements.

Level 1 – $50/Month
Ideal for people who need to get a few things done before or after work – away from distraction.

2 hours/day and 2 full days per month – Weekends included at no cost. Additional time at market price.

Level 2 – $100/Month
Ideal for people who work from home 1 day a week.

4 hours/day and 4 full days per month. Weekends included at no cost. Additional time may be purchased at 25% off market rate.

Level 3 – $250/Month
Ideal for people who need a primary workspace.

Unlimited access to the open workspace.
$100 flex cash for use in the conference rooms and cafè.
25% off all online reservations after flex cash is used.

The Closer – $75/Month
Just Meeting Space

$100 of flex cash for use in the conference rooms.
Use of the open workspace for a total of 60 minutes to be used before or after the meeting the day of the reservation.
25% off all online reservations after flex cash is used.Annual Subscription (Limited Availability)
Unlimited use of open workspace and conference rooms. Inquire for rates and availability.
